We are perpetually bombarded by both outer and inner pressures. It seems that the more we evolve with technology and paths to produce things more rapidly, the more anxiety attacks increase. We should analyze this further. One might take for granted that advancement in technology would lead to relieving tension. Nevertheless, anxiety and depression appear worsened now than when compared to the past. I guess it’s possible that in the past, it was not mannerly to discuss these topics. These days are different, we now discuss it openly. Truth is, if you’ve ever spent an afternoon in front of the TV, chances are that you have encountered an ad for a medicine, which provides anxiety treatment.

An increasing number of us are facing these problems. Whether it be sleep related or dread of public spaces, researchers continue to make advances with new solutions. Receiving quite a bit of their attention is anxiety and depression. When I ponder the notion of depression, I think of an individual who has of late suffered the loss of a loved one or an individual who is handicapped in such a way that keeps them from living a normal life. In most situations this is not the case. Numerous folk are stressed out by the burden of panic attacks and natural depression for other reasons. The fact is we often do not know the reasons. You may wonder if it concerns the food we eat. It seems to be part of the human condition to lack total contentment with life.

We need to some degree to pay attention to teenagers’ plight. Anxiety and depression seems to be hitting them more than anyone these days. Granted, being a teen is hard in some aspects, and unbelievably simple in others. Through many teenagers eyes, it seems all painful. I was a teen myself not long ago. We certainly know much of what they are going through. However, panic attacks were not part of my teen experience. Who knows what has happened in the last ten years. Depressive Disorder should not be a childhood experience. Truth is, anxiety and depressive disorder should be much less frequent than it is altogether.
